Keswick Climbing Wall

Keswick Climbing Wall and Outdoor Adventure Centre provides a wide range of outdoor activities as well as the indoor climbing wall for those wet days.  For a glimpse of our most popular activity, Ghyll Scrambling, please take a look at the video link.  Keswick Climbing Wall instructors recently appeared on BBC News when we guided Mike Bushell down the Ghyll.  The trip takes about 3 hours and costs £25pp and is available for individuals and groups from school trips to stag and hen parties. 

If you are new to climbing then we can give you a lesson where we show you how to tie into your harness and how to belay (hold the ropes) for each other. If you are over 18yrs then after the lesson you will be able to climb unsupervised without the instructor for as long as you like. Climbing lessons prices start from £10pp and to book just call the number below. If you are a competent climber we have over 40 top ropes as well as a bouldering area and new 45degree woody.
