Sports rehabilitator Hannah Wignall, specialises in treating many causes of muscoskeletal injuries, whether they are from walking or running on the fells, or too many hours sat at a desk giving you a bad posture. Treatments available include sports massage, acupuncture, mobilisations/manipulations and tailor made exercise regimes to continue the long term rehab at home. Sessions available are: 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 they are 45 minutes long and cost £30.
