Keswick
Every Tuesday through June and mid July Keswick Street Theatre present their summer production, which starts outside the Moot Hall at 7.30pm
Over 1¼ hours the audience are taken on a short walk around the centre of town where they enjoy ten different scenes, each depicting different characters and events from Keswick over the last 450 years.
Staged by a cast of local performers, this fun and light hearted evening has been a popular event for almost 10 years, and in that time has raised several thousand pounds for local charities and good causes.
With colourful costumes, and lots of laughs for both young and old, this potted pantomime of Keswick history provides a great evening for everyone.
No booking is necessary – simply turn up outside the Moot Hall (by the Tourist Information Centre entrance) before 7.30pm.
