First Floor - Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, hand basin and W.C. Large open plan lounge/kitchen area, with a wealth of exposed beams and featuring a wall with 200 year old bricks colour TV, Video and 'Nicam' music centre. Stunning views to North and West.
Kitchen Area - Dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with gas hob, fridge and freezer and spotlights.

Three cottages beautifully converted from an old Stable Block with views over the fells. The cottages have also all been completely refurbished in Jan 07 and are furnished to a very high standard.
Accommodation: Comfortable living room with kitchen, dining area, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster.
Bathroom - bath with electric shower over, W.C., wash basin and shaver socket, heater, fully carpeted throughout. Two bedrooms; one double and one with two single 2'6” beds which make into a double if need be. All beds have duvets.
All the Cottages have the run of the large, well tended garden, with many seating areas ideal for relaxing in.
There is one large laundry, in which you have the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, which are coin operated.

Near Howe is easy to find approaching from North or South: Turn off the M6 motorway at junction 40, onto the A66 trunk. road, then after 9 miles turn right at signpost for Mungrisdale and Caldbeck, after half a mile you will find Near Howe signposted on the right, approximately nine miles from the motorway junction.
